To provide a system for the repair of Department radios and pagers.

 A.  Anytime a vehicle radio, portable radio or pager is not operating correctly, the Communications Officer shall be notified immediately.

           The Communications Officer (73) shall take the necessary actions to expedite the repair process  and provide the necessary back-up equipment to those in need.

 D.  Portable radios (in need of repair) shall be fixed as soon as possible.

 A.  Anytime a radio or pager is not operating correctly, ANY Officer can be notified. The Fire Officer 

  will, in turn, notify the Comm. Officer (73) 

 B.  If the faulty radio is a portable, the Comm. Officer will normally be able to supply a

  replacement.

 C.  The Communication Officer (73) shall be notified of all radio failures 

 D.   Records shall be kept by the Communication Officer of all repairs and service required of each individual radio.
